The challenge

Canon wanted to understand the current and future trends that might impact their customers’ businesses – and to highlight the most important insights with an independent voice. Our relationship with Canon goes back years, and it made sense for them to trusted us with this high-profile study.

Our solution

We designed and delivered a large-scale, in-depth research study examining businesses across Europe and the Middle East. We then mined the data to author a range of impactful research reports. These reached over 10,000 reader via Canon’s sales teams, press launches and trade shows – and successfully positioned Canon as thought leaders in the commercial print and office equipment sectors.

The outcome

Our work is directly responsible for an improvement in Canon’s sales force effectiveness. It has generated more than 600 positive press articles and thought leadership papers, and has been instrumental in helping Canon to build alliances with print industry bodies.
We worked closely with Canon to disseminate the insights, including joint press conferences, speaking at industry events and working with Canon on co-ordinated social media campaigns
