Charlotte Crichton, Associate Director
Charlotte is a highly skilled researcher and leader of Breaking Blue’s Data Analytics team. With over a decade’s research experience Charlotte leads Breaking Blue’s strategy on analytics, shaping the company’s vision in terms of methodologies and tools used to deliver effective insights from data. A researcher by trade, Charlotte is equally at home with multi-methodology and pure quant projects, and highly skilled in presenting complex data in a clear, engaging way. With advanced statistical capabilities, an eye for detail and a natural flair for interpreting large datasets, Charlotte has a hands-on approach to data and ability to identify the key insights that enable powerful breakthroughs.
Ruva Mankola, Research Consultant
An enthusiastic and energetic researcher, Ruva joined Breaking Blue approximately 12 months ago. Before Breaking Blue, she volunteered in Uganda transforming the businesses of micro-entrepreneurs through insight and strategic planning. Armed with research skills built up from this volunteering experience, and the analytical know-how gained through her degree, Ruva has applied this knowledge to help clients across the public, consumer, transport and B2B2C sectors solve critical business challenges. Ruva has a keen interest in using approaches and techniques such as text analytics, video deliverables and data visualisation to generate more refined and impactful insights for clients.
